The entire staff, from the venue coordinator to the owner and everyone in between, were incredible to work with. They were so accommodating, understanding, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best possible time. We, along with our 100+ guests who stayed onsite, could not rave more about the amenities that this venue has to offer. Everyone was busy having fun throughout the weekend, whether they were kayaking in the morning or playing corn hole on the beach in the afternoon. Sarah, the wedding coordinator, is amazingly talented at what she does, and she is also an absolute gem of a human. She made us feel fully comfortable in the most stressful moments, and celebrated us as if she was one of our guests that we've known for years. She is one of a kind and makes the LSVR experience as amazing as it is. The grounds are breathtaking, the lake houses are homey, and the people are down to earth. One Location- We are the perfect spot for a full New Hampshire wedding weekend. Eliminate travel for your guests by hosting your Rehearsal Dinner, Ceremony, Reception and Post-Wedding Brunch at Lake Shore Village Resort. We offer many activities and amenities to keep your guests busy all weekend long.

Outdoor Weddings- We can accommodate outdoor weddings with up to 150 guests. We have a private beach with gorgeous lake views that is a perfect backdrop for ceremonies. Receptions can be held under our 40' x 80' heated tent with granite floor at our beautifully landscaped tent site. We offer a full wedding package that includes our tent, tables, chairs and linen. We can host outdoor weddings in May & June and late August through October.

Rehearsal Dinners- Our additional lakeside 30' x 30' heated tent is perfect for a rehearsal/welcome dinner .  This tent is also available to use as a plan B for your wedding ceremony in the event of inclement weather.  

Post-Wedding Breakfast- We offer a "Farewell Breakfast" on the beach including pancakes, sausage, coffee and juice for you and your guests.  A great way to thank your guests for celebrating your wedding weekend  with you. 

Accommodations- We can welcome 132 guests in 19 Lake Houses. We ask that wedding couples reserve a minimum of 14 cabins for wedding weekends.

Resort Amenities- Private Beach, Indoor Pool, Exercise Room, Jacuzzi, Tennis & Basketball Court, Game Room, Playground, Walking Trails Close By, Kayaks, Canoe, & Paddleboards, 14 ft boats with 6hp motors and 1 pontoon boat with a 25hp motor available to rent.  

Vendors- Couples are welcome to use any outside vendors including caterers, photographers, florists, entertainers and wedding planners, if you choose. We can also provide you with a list of recommended local service providers. Our wedding package includes the tent, tables, chairs, table linen and much more!

Wedding Coordination- Our Wedding & Event Coordinator, Sarah, will assist you with the details of planning your wedding at Lake Shore Village Resort. We will be onsite for your wedding day to ensure that everything goes smoothly.

"I cannot say enough good things about this place! We used LSVR as our wedding venue and it was such a magical experience. The staff, particularly Sarah, was perfect in helping us create a weekend getaway for our guests, most of whom were flying in from far-away states and countries. As people showed up, they remarked on the tranquil beauty and peace of the place and then we slowly took over... It felt like we had all lived there together on a commune for years already lol... The staff were SO accommodating in so many ways. It rained HARD and their last-minute changes and accommodations were so seamless I hardly noticed. The tent under the rain was beautiful and like a fairy tale. Everyone commented on how the rain actually enhanced the intimate experience. So anyone concerned about an "outdoor, beach wedding" can rest assured that this place has your back! We had enough "non-rainy weather" to enjoy kayaking, swimming, etc. We allowed kids at the wedding and they ended up having the best time running amok with other kids and it was just such a safe and enjoyable environment. Admittedly I had no idea what I was doing when it came to planning a wedding, but LSVR is ready to work with you and help, as they've obviously done this many times before. Sarah exudes a quiet calmness that is also 100% business and execution. So impressed! Thank you Michael and team for a weekend we will NEVER forget. After everything was over, people keep asking us "when is the reunion?" and I would love love love to spend another weekend at this beautiful place. Highly recommend!!"
