Corporate Team-Building Retreats
Set on 18 lakefront acres, our property is the perfect location for company meetings and team-building activities in New Hampshire. While staying in our lake homes, your team can enjoy activities such as water skiing, beach volleyball, kayaks, paddleboards, horseshoes, basketball, cornhole and pickleball.
Our Certified Event Coordinator will assist you in creating your event - arranging your meeting space and team-building challenges. A preferred vendor list is provided to guide you with the perfect catering choices.
Accommodations
We offer 19 lake homes ranging from 2 bedroom to 5 bedroom homes (84 individual beds total - some bedrooms have more than 1 bed). We can accommodate up to 50 people (additional guests available upon request). Our events offer a 2-night stay, held Monday (check-in at 12PM) through Thursday (check-out at 10AM) in June, September, October. Our beautiful lake homes include Wi-Fi service, bedding, fully equipped kitchens, air conditioning, heat and all the comforts of home.
Dining & Meeting Areas
Our tented dining and meeting sites are just feet from the lake. The first tent is a 40'x80' space that includes sliding sidewalls, a granite floor, lighting, heaters and a dance floor to accommodate a formal dinner and also a great meeting space. The second space offers a 20'x20' attached catering tent that can be used for a buffet and dessert area or just a place to relax and enjoy the view! We include tables, chairs, linens, napkins & decor. A beach/ bonfire set up is offered both nights.

Catering & Beverage Services
Catering: Our Certified Event Coordinator will assist you create your event. A preferred vendor list is provided to guide you with the perfect catering choices. This allows you to select a caterer that fits your food style and budget.
Beverage: A bar is provided in the large tent area for a formal dinner, bartending services need to be arranged separately. A smaller bar area is also provided in the smaller tent area for more casual dining and use. Alcohol can be brought by the company otherwise arranged through a bartending company or catering service.
Farewell Pancake Breakfast: Lakefront complimentary pancake breakfast is included on Thursday prior to your team's departure. This includes freshly made pancakes, sausage, coffee and juice. The perfect ending to a great corporate getaway!
