Lake Shore Village Resort offers a truly unique setting for your New Hampshire Team Building Retreat located on Lake Horace in Southern New Hampshire. Our private beach is the perfect location, set on 18 acres of lakefront property, for team building activities, gatherings and build lasting relationships. While staying in our lake home accommodations, your team can enjoy activities such as water skiing, beach volleyball, kayaks, paddleboards, pickleball, as well as Team Building Events & Challenges. We include all the things that will make your team building retreat something that your team will never forget!

Accommodations

Accommodations: We offer 19 lake homes ranging from 2 bedroom to 5 bedroom homes (84 individual beds total - some bedrooms have more than 1 bed).  We can accommodate up to 50 people (additional guests available upon request).  Our events offer a 2 night stay, held Tuesday (check in at 12pm) through Thursday (check out at 10am) in June, September, October.  Our beautiful lake homes include WiFi service, bedding, fully equipped kitchens, air conditioning, heat and all the comforts of home. 

Dining and Meeting Areas

Dining and Meeting Areas:  Our tented dining and meeting sites are just feet from the lake.  The first tent is a 40'x80' space that includes sliding sidewalls, a granite floor, lighting, heaters and a dance floor to accommodate a formal dinner and also a great meeting space.  The second space offers a 20'x20' attached catering tent that can be used for a buffet and dessert area or just a place to relax and enjoy the view!. We include tables, chairs, linens, napkins, decor, etc...                                                        

Meeting areas inlcude WiFi, a screen and projector along with pens, pads of paper, pitchers of water and glasses.  

A beach/ bonfire set up is offered both nights.  

Catering and Beverage Services

Catering: Our Certified Event Coordinator will assist you create your event.  A preferred vendor list is provided to guide you with the perfect catering choices. This allows you to select a caterer that fits your food style and budget.  

Beverage:  A bar is provided in the large tent area for a formal dinner, bartending services need to be arranged separately.  A smaller bar area is also provided in the smaller tent area for more casual dining and use.  Alcohol can be brought by the company otherwise arranged through a bar tending company or catering service. 

Farewell Pancake Breakfast:   Lakefront complimentary pancake breakfast is included on Thursday prior to your team's departure.  This includes fresh made pancakes, sausage, coffee and juice.  The perfect ending to a great corporate get away!
