Rental Information & Policies

Cancellation Policy:

If you must cancel, a refund is subject to the re-rental of the unit less a $250 cancellation fee.

Deposit Agreement:

By making your deposit, you are expressly agreeing to the following terms:

Security Deposit($500) - Credit card on file required. Lessee(s) shall keep the premises in as good order and condition as when the period of occupancy began. The Lessee(s) is responsible and agrees to pay for any missing or damaged equipment or excessive cleaning fees.

Wedding Guests:

After-parties are strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of the security deposit.*

Payment for Summer Weekly Renters:

A deposit of 50% of the rate is due on or before November 1st. The balance will be due April 1st along with the NH rooms tax.

Payment for Off-Season Renters:

A 50% deposit is due upon booking reservation, and final balance is due upon arrival.

Check-in for Wedding / Summer / Seasonal Guests:

4:00PM - Please go directly to your confirmed home where the door will be unlocked, and the key will be inside.

Check-out for Wedding Guests:

Check-out is Sunday by 11am. For any wedding guests staying additional days, check-out is 10am.

Check-Out for Summer Guests:

Check-out is by 10am. Please follow the check-out procedures in the Welcome Book.

Check-Out for Winter Guests:

Check-out is by 11am. Please follow the check-out procedures in the Welcome Book.

Quiet Time & Noise Policy:

As we are a family resort property, there may be times when noise can become an issue for others. We hope all our guests enjoy a memorable and peaceful stay, and for that reason we make every effort to enforce a quiet time from 10:00pm to 7am.

Visitors:

Any visitors beyond the occupancy limit are strictly prohibited. An additional fee WILL be charged.

Parking:

There is a 2-3 car limit per unit. Additional cars MUST be parked in designated areas.

No Smoking Policy:

Smoking is not allowed in the homes. Should a violation occur, this will result in a minimum of $250 cleaning fee. This charge will be for deep cleaning and purification of the home.

No Pets:

Sorry, no pets of any nature are permitted on the premises. Should a violation occur, this will result in a minimum $250 cleaning fee. This charge will be for deep cleaning and purification of the home.

Washers and dryers and piped-in gas grills are included in the following homes:

Lake Home #2, 3,19, Blizzard, Snowball, Lakeview, Pineview, Whitewater and Woodshed. All other lake homes have charcoal grills and charcoal is not provided. The clubhouse is also equipped with 2 coin-operated commercial washer and dryers.

Wi-Fi Password:

Choose the lake home you are staying in, the password is 'lakeshore'.
